At Oak Hills, our school counselor creates spaces for our staff and students to share good things that are going on.
This month of January the challenge is to write something you love about yourself and put it on our snowflake board.
Next time you come into our school take a look at the counselor's board and see the great things students and staff are saying about themselves!

Last month Mrs. Klingler was recognized, and received a grant from Mountain America credit union!
We are excited to see what she does with the money. She has shared some exciting plans for additional supplies for her program.
We have the best people here at Oak Hills!

HAPPY NEW YEARS!!! Welcome to 2025 eagles.
We look forward to seeing you again when school resumes on the 7th of January!

Merry Christmas Oak Hills Families,
We hope you are able to spend today with your loved ones, and that you stay safe.

PJ day the the School Sing-a-long. A Friday doesn't get any better than this!

This week, some of our fifth grade students had the opportunity to provide some service to our facilities manager. They decided to go out around the school and clean up some of the leaves and other fall debris.
Thank you so much for your kindness eagle! Way to be there for others.

Happy holidays from Oak Hills!
We hope that you enjoy winter break.
We look forward to seeing all of you back on January 7th, 2025!

We had a great event the end of our school day as our students gathered in the hallways to give Mr. Scott, our facilities manager one final clap out as he gets ready to retire.
Thank you Mr. Scott, you will be missed!!!

Today was holiday sock day for our holiday spirit week.
Check out these awesome holiday socks!
Thanks for participating Eagles!

Our students did such an amazing job with their Holiday concert tonight. We're so proud of their willingness to share their talents with our amazing Oak Hills community.
We would also like to say thank you to all those who came out both on Tuesday night, and Thursday nights to support our school!
Also, a huge thank you to our directors, and volunteers who supported this great production.

Tonight we were "Home for the Holidays" with our winter choir. Our students sounded beautiful and brought all the feelings of the holidays. If you weren't able to come tonight, join us on Thursday night.

We had our principal's 200 club winners today come down and celebrate by having popcorn with the principal.
It is always so much fun to celebrate our students as they remember to S.O.A.R.

There are so many wonderful holiday themed activities and artwork popping up all around the school.
Check out these amazing student art projects.
Way to go Eagles!

Check out our 4th grade program. The students shared their knowledge of Utah History through song and even danced the Virginia Reel!

Happy Veterans Day! We are so grateful for those who have served and protected great country! Thank you!
The celebration today included songs prepared by our students, messages from our students, and a special veterans brunch provided by our PTA.

Parades, parties, and Quidditch, oh my!
The Halloween festivities were in full swing today at Oak Hills elementary! We hope that everyone enjoyed themselves with all of the fun activities that took place in their classrooms, and all around the school.
We also hope that everyone is able to stay safe, and stay warm tonight as they trick or treat!

Join the Oak Hills Team!

This is first grade science. Students are working on their observation skills and vocabulary with pumpkins.

Here we can see one of our first grade classes learning how to build Halloween spider cookies! Such a fun activity, way to go Eagles!

With cool mornings and warm afternoons we have many lost jackets, among other items. Please have your cold check the lost and found for jackets, lunch boxes, and water bottles before fall break.
